Three months later, the divorce became final.
Daniel never contested custody.
After everything became public, he admitted he had failed as both a husband and a father.
His inheritance was permanently revoked.
Margaret was convicted of financial fraud, removed from every charity board she had controlled, and sentenced to prison. The civil court also ordered her to pay damages for the assault on Lily.

I never sought revenge.
