Chapter 3: A Home Restored

Chapter 3: A Home Restored

Three months later...

The mansion looked completely different.

The gray uniforms were gone.

The servants now worked with dignity and fair wages.

The oppressive silence had disappeared.

Laughter echoed through the halls once more.

Valentina stood before a judge, convicted of fraud, unlawful imprisonment, identity deception, and financial crimes.

Every luxury property she had acquired through deception was confiscated.

Everything she had taken was gone.

Meanwhile, Alejandro restored the estate in Elena's name.

The grand entrance displayed a new bronze plaque.

Elena House.

Below it were words chosen by Alejandro himself:

"No one who enters this home will ever be treated as less than family."

On a quiet afternoon, Elena stood beside the marble staircase where she had once scrubbed the floor on her knees.

Alejandro approached carrying a small velvet box.

He opened it.

Inside rested the wedding ring she had been forced to surrender years earlier.

This time, he slipped it gently back onto her finger.

"I searched the world for you," he whispered.

"I never realized you were waiting for me at home."

Elena smiled through tears.

"I never stopped believing you'd find the truth."

Their hands intertwined as they walked toward the mansion doors together.

The same house that had witnessed years of betrayal now became the place where their family began again.
