Chapter 3: The Homecoming

Six months later.

The mansion was filled with laughter once again.

The gardens that had felt empty for years now echoed with the sound of a child running through them.

The little girl had inherited more than wealth.

She had inherited her mother's kindness.

Every afternoon, she visited the local children's center, helping kids who had no families of their own.

One evening, she sat beside her grandfather beneath the old oak tree.

"Do you think Mom can see us?" she asked.

The old man smiled gently.

"I think she's been watching all along."

The girl looked toward the sunset.

"I miss her."

"So do I."

For a moment, neither spoke.

Then she reached for his hand.

"But we're not alone anymore."

The old man nodded.

After ten years of grief, lies, and separation, their family had finally found its way back together.

Above them, the sky glowed gold as the sun disappeared beyond the horizon.

And somewhere in their hearts, they both knew the same thing:

The greatest inheritance was never the fortune.

It was finding each other again.

THE END.
