🚨 Ukraine Deploys 200+ Military Experts to the Middle East

🚨 Zelensky Drops Bombshell: Ukraine Deploys 200+ Military Experts to Middle East to Counter Iranian Drones

In a major geopolitical development, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has revealed that more than 200 Ukrainian military experts are already operating across the Middle East—marking a bold expansion of Ukraine’s influence beyond Europe.

Speaking before British lawmakers in London on March 17, Zelensky confirmed that 201 Ukrainian specialists are currently deployed in the Middle East and Gulf region, with another 34 ready to be sent at any moment.

These are not ordinary personnel. According to Zelensky, they are elite military experts trained specifically to counter Shahed-type unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)—the same drones widely associated with Iranian military strategy.

“Our forces are already active in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia—and are on their way to Kuwait,” Zelensky stated, highlighting a growing network of cooperation between Ukraine and key regional partners.

Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine’s expertise comes from real battlefield experience. After facing waves of drone attacks during its conflict with Russia, Ukraine has developed advanced countermeasures against UAV threats.

“We have clear evidence that the Shahed drones used in the region contain Russian components,” he said, describing them as “a low-cost weapon designed to destroy high-value infrastructure.”

This knowledge is now being exported—turning Ukraine into a global player in drone warfare defense.

In a striking revelation, Zelensky announced that Ukraine is now producing at least 2,000 interceptor drones per day.

Half of these are used for national defense, but the rest could be supplied to allied nations facing similar threats.

“If Shahed drones need to be intercepted in the UAE, Europe, or even the UK—we have the capability,” Zelensky declared. “It’s all about technology, investment, and coordination.”

🤝 UK–Ukraine Alliance Deepens Amid Rising Tensions

During the visit, Ukraine and the United Kingdom signed a new defense cooperation agreement. The deal combines Ukraine’s battlefield expertise with Britain’s industrial strength to accelerate the production of next-generation drones and defense systems.
