Former FBI Agent: Bondi Has ‘Slam Dunk’ Conspiracy Case Against Obama Feds

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Attorney General Pam Bondi is reportedly in possession of what some legal analysts and former investigators describe as a “clear-cut” conspiracy case involving a coordinated network of federal agents and prosecutors.

According to Jonathan Gilliam, a former FBI agent and Navy SEAL, newly surfaced documents allegedly contain compelling evidence that senior officials used the Justice Department as a tool to target Donald Trump,

while at the same time limiting or blocking investigations tied to the Clinton Family Foundation.

Speaking on the Just the News, No Noise television program,

Gilliam claimed the material now held by Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel points to a consistent pattern of conduct.

He compared it to an organized operation, suggesting that the same individuals may have played roles in multiple efforts to manipulate information related to Trump, with the broader goal of influencing the outcome of an election.

The Mafia-Style Conspiracy: Cartels and Cover-ups

Gilliam proposed that the Justice Department treat these rogue actors as a criminal organization. "If this was a mafia case, and we had this clear-cut of an example of a group of people committing two or more crimes for the furtherance of their political group... this would be a slam dunk case for any U.S. Attorney," Gilliam stated.

  • Falsified Evidence: Documents reportedly show agents were encouraged to "create and falsify" evidence to justify investigations into Trump.

  • Protecting the Clintons: While Trump was targeted, FBI Director Kash Patel has reportedly provided evidence showing that investigators were repeatedly blocked from advancing corruption probes into Hillary Clinton.

  • Mar-a-Lago Oversight: Gilliam noted that agents were overruled when they advised that there was insufficient probable cause for the 2022 search of Trump’s Florida residence.

Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon echoed these concerns, stating she believes there is sufficient evidence to allege a coordinated effort between federal and state prosecutors to violate the civil liberties of the President and his supporters.

Obama-Era DEA Official Arrested in Cartel Sting

Adding fuel to the fire regarding federal corruption, news broke this week of the arrest of Paul Campo, a former high-level DEA official who served during the Obama administration. Campo, the former deputy chief of the Office for Financial Operations, was caught in an undercover sting operation.

  • The Allegations: Prosecutors say Campo believed he was helping the Jalisco New Generation Cartel move cocaine and offered to launder millions of dollars for the organization.

  • The Sting: Campo and his accomplice were caught interacting with an undercover operative posing as a cartel member in late 2024.

  • The Legacy: Campo’s 25-year career ending in a cartel indictment has become a rallying cry for the Trump administration’s claim that federal agencies were allowed to rot under previous leadership.

We need real investigators under a 'justice czar' to look at these people and criminally investigate and charge them,” Gilliam said, warning that the crimes could potentially reach the level of sedition or even treason.

Looking Ahead to the 2026 Midterms

The "slam dunk" conspiracy case is set to be a cornerstone of the GOP platform for the 2026 Midterm cycle. As Pam Bondi prepares to move forward with potential indictments, the political stakes for both parties are at an all-time high.

Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) added in a press gaggle, “The era of using the law as a political weapon is coming to a close. If you broke the law to stop a political candidate, you will face justice. The American people will not tolerate a two-tiered system of justice any longer.”

Jeb Bush Commends Trump’s Iran Op: ‘Their Time To Take Their Country Back’

A major nonprofit that works on public policy and was co-led by former Florida Governor Jeb Bush praised President Donald Trump for ordering Saturday’s military strikes against Iran.

In 2008, Ambassador Mark Wallace, who worked for Bush’s brother as a UN ambassador, and Dennis Ross, a former George H.W. Bush diplomat, started United Against a Nuclear Iran (UANI) to fight the threats posed by the Islamic Republic.

The group has been at the forefront of bringing attention to Iran’s human rights violations and attacks on Americans, as well as warning policymakers and the business community about the threats posed by Tehran.

The group gives advice to current and potential business partners in Iran about the legal, financial, and reputational risks of doing business with that country.

“UANI salutes the courage and professionalism of American and Israeli service members carrying out this historic mission against the Iranian regime,” Bush and Wallace told
“We applaud President Trump for his courageous decision to launch this military operation. For 47 years, the Iranian regime has unleashed terror, violence and misery — against its own people and across the region — while threatening the United States, Israel and our allies.”

Bush, who ran against Trump in a bruising 2016 primary, and Wallace noted that many presidents tried to bring Iran into the “peaceful community of nations” but were not able to finish the job.

“This president engaged extensively and in good faith to achieve a diplomatic solution,” they said after Trump indicated as recently as last week he wanted to negotiate terms.

“The regime chose escalation and continued its pursuit of nuclear weapons. The responsibility for this moment rests squarely with Ayatollah Khamenei.”

Vice President JD Vance stated that there is “no chance” the United States will become involved in a full-scale war with Iran if Donald Trump decides to launch new military strikes.

Speaking aboard Air Force Two on Thursday, Vance mentioned that the president is still considering his options, while indirect talks are ongoing to address Iran’s nuclear program.

His remarks come after reports that Trump’s advisers would prefer Israel to strike Iran first, as Americans would likely respond more favorably to the U.S. supporting an ally rather than initiating conflict with Tehran without clear provocation.

Vance emphasized to The Washington Post that the country would not become entangled in another prolonged war in the region, following the unsuccessful military campaigns in Iraq and Afghanistan.

“The idea that we’re going to be in a Middle Eastern war for years with no end in sight – there is no chance that will happen,” he said, pointing to the capture of Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro in January and the strikes on Iran last summer as operations that were “very clearly defined.”

The comments come after private criticism from General Dan Caine, the chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Reports this week indicated that he cautioned Trump that an attack on Iran could lead to a prolonged conflict.

Caine, who is involved in U.S. military planning, reportedly warned that Iranian retaliation—threatened by the regime—could result in significant U.S. casualties and escalate into a cycle of violence. In response, Trump stated on social media that these reports were incorrect.

“General Caine, like all of us, would like not to see war but, if a decision is made on going against Iran at a Military level, it is his opinion that it will be something easily won,” Trump added.

Last week, before the strikes in Iran began, Vance added, “I think we all prefer the diplomatic option. But it really depends on what the Iranians
